Hi
I know where u stand and just wanted to let you know this time you will shed tears of blood. And its a challenge, dare to accept it cos the way your fucking company functions is not only inhuman but also a big shame to the corporate world.
You cannot hold 15 days salary and if someone doesn't perform you can very humbly ask em to leave but you can't TERMINATE.
Simply cos, you ve money doesn't make you Man Enough, cos Manners and Humility is one thing which shows your upbringing. Shame on the modus-operandi of Onkar Infotech, formerly, Onkar Travels and whatever.
Else, you face the heat...

The hallmark of Indian culture is our respectful attitude towards our parents and elders, and the practice of more than one generation living together. But in reality, today countless old people are shunned by their children, left penniless and homeless and have to depend on charity.
Why do you think this happens?

In Tamil Nadu, family members do away with elderly relatives whom they can no longer look after. Called thalaikoothal, it involves giving the person an oil bath early in the morning and making them drink a lot of tender coconut water, which results in renal failure, high fever and death in a day or two.
What do you think compels people to resort to such drastic measures?
