The primary focus of this position is Building Commissioning, Building Energy
Analysis, LEED certification management, review and research. The successful
candidate shall demonstrate the ability to make themselves an expert in the
building commissioning process, energy, building systems, LEED green building
rating systems, and will be able to work well under guided supervision with
diverse groups and interests. Project work entails execution of directed
research and analytical activities, project coordination and technical support.
This support position offers learning potential to professionals newly entering
the field. Local travel is anticipated.
As Commissioning Analyst you will:
â Provide commissioning process management, review, and support
â Conduct energy audits and analysis of energy use in the built
environment
â Provide LEED documentation management, review and support
â Support project teams with basic research, shelf data collection and
information organization
â Provide technical and analytical support to project teams as needed
Qualifications & Experience
â A degree in sustainable building, architecture, engineering, or allied
field
â 2 to 3 years professional experience with demonstrated skill
progression
â Ability to become a LEED Accredited Professional required
â Strong writing skills and technical presentation ability
â Engineer-in-training certification preferred
â Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
â A sense of humor and a knack for innovation, problem solving and
negotiating positive results
