Job Description
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Manage Affiliate & Partner Business
1. Recruit new Affiliates, Partners, OEMs & Strategic partners.
2. Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of
improvement, & recommend ways to increase affiliate generated revenues.
3. Implement strategy for affiliate program, including awareness, acquisition &
retention tactics to achieve program targets.
4. Executes affiliate promotions & monitor success.
5. Uploading latest products and updating new product versions on various
affiliate platform
6. Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, & bonus offers on various affiliate
platform.
7. Work closely with Partner Business Head to develop annual affiliate campaign
calendar & rollout plans.
2. Partner and Affiliate Relationship Building
1. Builds relationships with affiliates & partners for more business, better
placements & visibility.
2. Proactively respond to & resolves affiliate inquiries & concerns.
3. Distributing Marketing tools & Sales creative to affiliates.
4. Establish channels of communication to ensure all affiliates & joint venture
partners have access to marketing tools, and to develop custom marketing
materials as required.
3. Co-ordinate Collateral and Email Campaign Design work
1. Co-ordinate with Creative team on developing creative, banners and other
promotional material.

7) Willing to work in UK time zone and extended hours.

9) Strong Negotiation and Selling Skills
10) Good Client Management skills
11) Sound knowledge of Internet Marketing
Experience Required 6 -7 years.The candidate should have minimum 3 year
experience in affiliate marketing
Qualification MBA or PG (Mass Communication or Marketing)
